Service Level Agreement (SLA) Uptime Policy
As Third Generation believes in providing our customers with the best hosting experience possible, we are backing our promises with our Service Level Agreement (SLA) 100% Uptime Guarantee. In the event that your Third Generation account becomes unavailable you may request an account credit as described within Section 2 of the Service Level Agreement. All requests for account credit must be opened as described by the terms and conditions of the agreement above, including into the support request as necessary the times of unavailability, the affected domains and affected services.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee Details
Third Generation provides to its customers, a 30-day Money Back Guarantee Policy for all qualifying products. To receive a refund, a customer must cancel their account within the first thirty (30) days of registering Service with Third Generation. The termination request or notice must be submitted to Third Generation in the manner described in Section 1.1 of the Terms of Service Agreement. It is important to note that customers whom register or transfer a domain name will have $13.95 as well as all domain related fees deducted from their refund amount for domain registration fees. This deduction is in addition to the deductions of any setup fees and related fees that you may have incurred during your Initial Term as presented on the Initial Invoice Statement. To determine if your package or service is a qualifying product, the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Seal will be located and presented on the specific product page.
Effective Date of This Policy
This Guarantee Policy is effective as of January 20, 2013.
