If Third Generation fails to provide our customers with a 99.9% uptime, we will credit your account for one month of hosting. Please see our Terms of Service Agreement for more information.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee Details

Third Generation maintains a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy. It is important to note that customers that register or transfer a domain name will have $9.99 deducted from the refund amount for domain registration fees. This deduction is in addition to the deductions of any setup fees that you may have incurred during your Initial Term as presented on your Initial Invoice Statement. To receive a refund, you must cancel your order within the first thirty (30) days of registering Service with Third Generation. Your termination request or notice must be submitted to Third Generation in the manner described in Section 1.1 of the Terms of Service Agreement.
